1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Oxology health platform, including interactions with our WhatsApp-native companion, Aditi, your health concierge, and our microsite portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. What Oxology is Not (Emergency Restriction)
Emergency Triage Disclaimer
Oxology is NOT an emergency medical service. In the event of a life-threatening clinical crisis (including but not limited to chest pain, acute shortness of breath, sudden numbness, or severe physical trauma), you must contact 112 immediately. Aditi, your health concierge and our network of teleconsultation physicians cannot treat clinical emergencies.
3. AI Health Guidance Boundaries
Aditi, your health concierge is an advanced conversational AI health companion. All recommendations, triage outputs, and lifestyle insights provided by Aditi, your health concierge are strictly informational and intended for wellness tracking.
Aditi, your health concierge does not diagnose conditions or issue prescriptions. All formal clinical diagnostics, medicine prescriptions, and treatment courses are conducted and signed off exclusively by MCI/NMC-registered human physicians.
4. B2B Eligibility & Corporate Wallets
Your membership access is sponsored through your employer benefit package. The credits loaded in your Health Bank wallet are subject to corporate usage conditions, can only be used for approved clinical services, and are non-transferable.
