Clinical Safety Guidelines
How we protect patient safety on Oxology
In a medical emergency, dial 112 immediately.
If you are experiencing severe symptoms such as chest pain, extreme shortness of breath, sudden facial drooping or speech slurring, acute localized paralysis, or profuse bleeding, do not wait. Call India's national emergency number 112 now.

Aditi, your health concierge is a supportive AI companion powered by advanced large language models. She is trained specifically as a medical scribe and healthcare navigator. Aditi, your health concierge does not diagnose, formulate treatment programs, or issue medical prescriptions.
2. NMC-Registered Physicians Only
All human doctors in the Oxology care network (including assigned Family Doctors, on-call GPs, and super specialists) are fully registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or state medical councils. Credentials, certificates, and clinical histories are vetted through a rigorous onboarding committee.
3. NABL Accredited Diagnostics
All blood panels and active health checkups are processed in strict partnership with NABL-accredited diagnostic laboratories. Lab results undergo secondary verification by a clinical pathologist before ingestion into the Oxology Smart Report interface.
4. Data De-identification
Patient confidentiality is paramount. Individual test results, doctor consult notes, and WhatsApp histories are strictly hidden from corporate sponsors and insurance groups. Aggregated analytics conform to standard DPDP consent laws and mathematical privacy controls.
5. Reporting Safety Issues
We audit clinical outputs continuously. If you identify a discrepancy in care recommendations or have concerns regarding safety, write immediately to safety@oxology.in. All safety escalations are reviewed by the Chief Medical Officer within 24 hours.
