1. What we collect

Oxology is built on continuous wellness tracking to assist clinical teams. We collect the following information:

  • Name, age, biological sex, and contact details.
  • Vitals and blood markers collected during the Annual Health Check (AHC) diagnostics.
  • Text and conversational interactions with Aditi, your health concierge (your AI health guide).
  • Self-reported metrics such as daily sleep duration, activity level, and dietary logs.

2. Who can see your data

Your medical privacy is protected by structural design and strict access policies:

Employer Privacy Guarantee

Your individual health data is completely confidential. Your employer receives only anonymized, aggregated population indices. No individual records are ever shared with HR or management.

Only your designated primary care Family Doctor, medical specialists you explicitly book, and the clinical support coordinators have access to your personal files.

3. DPDP Act Compliance

Oxology operates in full compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023:

  • Consent is explicitly logged with a verifiable timestamp before any health metrics are stored.
  • All databases are encrypted at rest and in transit using advanced cryptographic standards.
  • You may request complete data deletion or withdraw consent at any time. Your personal files will be permanently purged within 30 days of request.

4. Contact & Information Requests

For data access requests, revocation of consent, or questions regarding our security protocols, please feel free to query Aditi, your health concierge on WhatsApp or reach out via email at privacy@oxology.in.
